FAQ Towing – Vehicle Owners

We recognize that having your vehicle towed may be a significant inconvenience. We ask that you recognize that your vehicle was towed at the request of an authorized representative of the property that it was towed from.

**Please remember that our customer service agent(s) are not the ones who parked your vehicle, nor are they the entity that requested the towing. They are here to assist you in retrieving your vehicle and will make every effort to do so. Please treat them kindly and with respect. We will do the same and together we can make this process as pleasant as possible for all parties.**

1. If my car has been towed, how can I find it?

If your vehicle is missing and you believe it may have been towed, contact your local Police Department on their non-emergency phone number. The Police Department will tell you if your car has been reported as towed by a private towing company. All towing companies are required to report vehicles towed to the local governing police department. You may also call our office at 954-564-0486 and one of our helpful representatives will be happy to assist you.

2. What forms of payment can I pay with?

AS OF JULY 1, 2024 RENTAL VEHICLES MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE RENTAL AGENCY DIRECTLY

A rental agreement alone does not establish that the renter is authorized to obtain release of the rental vehicle. The rental company or another person properly authorized by the vehicle owner may retrieve the vehicle using the required documentation. A renter may retrieve personal property belonging to the renter that is not affixed to the vehicle.
