FAQ Towing – Vehicle Owners

We recognize that having your vehicle towed may be a significant inconvenience. We ask that you recognize that your vehicle was towed at the request of an authorized representative of the property that it was towed from.

**Please remember that our customer service agent(s) are not the ones who parked your vehicle, nor are they the entity that requested the towing. They are here to assist you in retrieving your vehicle and will make every effort to do so. Please treat them kindly and with respect. We will do the same and together we can make this process as pleasant as possible for all parties.**

This allows your vehicle to be towed damage free. We also have multiple flatbed tow trucks that are used when needed.
